Migrating to Microsoft Graph

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian
  • Browser + version: Not Applicable

Current Setup:

  • We are currently using Zammad with M365 IMAP

What we want:

  • We would like to use Microsoft Graph, but in the documentation it is not clear how to migrate from an existing setup, I would like to avoid creating double tickets or lose existing tickets.

Hi,

Emails that are marked as read in the inbox, will not be imported from Zammad.

IMPORTANT: As long as you tell Zammad to keep the messages on the server. If you don‘t, Zammad doesn‘t care about the read state and just fetches the mail once more.
