Migrating from SaaS Zammad to self-hosted version

Hi !

We have a paid Zammad SaaS version and installed our self hosted version of Zammad. I was wondering how I could transfer all the tickets and settings from Zammad Saas to our self hosted version. Indeed, from what I read in the documentation, it isn’t clear how to do so with the Zammad Saas version. I would like to retain the macros, text modules and existing tickets.

Zammad SaaS version : 5.1.x
Zammad self-hosted : latest version
