I would like to migrate my company support system from Kayako to Zammad. I have SQL dump from Kayako and I’m looking for some information or in best case ready script which would load everything from that SQL dump and put it into Zammad. I checked documentation but only see OTRS and ZenDesk options. I also searched this forum and saw 7 posts with Kayako keyword in it, but none of those contained any usable migration information or script.
Sorry but there currently isn’t any migration for Kayako.
Right now this would be a custom development that we’d need to do if you want this functionality.
However, I’m not sure if a SQL-Dump is the best way for that. Don’t they have some kind of API?
