Migrate database from 1.5.0 to 2.3.0

Hi all! I am having a ton of trouble migrating my installation from a server running 1.5.0 to a brand new install running 2.3.0. I have used the backup function on the server running 1.5.0 and I moved the psql.gz file to the new server and simply ran the restore function. However on boot the site returns a 502 error. /var/log/nginx/zammad.error.log shows the following every time I access the site: 2018/02/06 23:45:08 [error] 3382#3382: *53 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 72.194.122.144, server: website.com, request: “GET / HTTP/1.1”, upstream: “http://127.0.1.1:3000/”, host: “website.com:4000”, referrer: “http://website.com:4000/

I have checked all zammad related services for errors but it seems everything is running and started okay. I have also checked elasticsearch but it seems okay too. The only difference between the set up on each server is the server with 2.3.0 running on it I set nginx to listen on port 4000 and the other one is listening on port 3000.

Any help would be so greatly appreciated!

Feb 7 17:39:39 localhost zammad-websocket-1.service[5754]: TypeError: Zendesk is not a module
