we using ticketing by connecting Microsoft 365 e-mail.
I would like to share a way to solve this problem as fonts are sometimes broken in emails coming through Korean.

Found the cause of the problem.
The fonts in emails sent from Microsoft new Outlook and and chrome(office.com-outlook) are corrupted, but the fonts are not corrupted in the old Outlook
Has anyone experienced this problem?
new outlook version 1.2024.417.100 (Production).
