Hello everyone,
We are currently trying to set up Zammad (local / docker). We get the following error with M365:
Microsoft365::Account in Can’t use Channel::Driver::Imap: #\u003CTimeout::Error: execution expired
Has anyone had any experience with this?
There is no IPv6 in use.
Timeout != Host not found.
Your instance cannot reach Microsoft for whatever reason. E.g. firewalling or docker networking issues.
Which IP address / domain and which port does he want to access?
Yes, so that I can check whether it can establish the connection. Actually, any is set up externally.
I can also see that IMAP 993 requests have gone through successfully. However, I still receive the error notification.
My app callback URL is not publicly accessible. Could this be the reason?
Zammad communicates via Ports 443, 465, 993 with Microsoft.
The IP addresses highly depend, it’s a huge cluster after all and thus cannot be answered by me.
No. The callback URL is being used the the user’s browser that connects the mailbox.
