Microsoft 365 Emails not sending


  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.0
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: x

Expected behavior:

  • Emails would be sent to creators of new tickets and if there are any errors with sending an email, it would output an error.

Actual behavior:

  • In the M365 tab, both Inbound and outbound have a green tick; however, no emails are going out to the customer when a new ticket is created.

Make sure the group the ticket is assigned to also has an email associated with it.
