Meilisearch instead of elasticsearch

Title: to refactor text indexer from elasticsearch to meilisearch

  1. elasticsearch huge resource usage, maybe legacy? but I see there’s some document format dependencies
  2. huge resource usage
  3. no config option to user this light-weight indexer/searchengine.
  4. maybe there’s an option to switch to meilisearch during this refactor??
