Title: MCP and AI Agentic integration

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve? Any plans for AI Agentic integration with Zammad? Or maybe MCP server similar to this one: GitHub - johncallhub/civicrm-mcp-server: Model Context Protocol server for CiviCRM
  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most? For Tier 0 troubleshooting/help for final users, we would like to use a chatbot/AI agent.
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard? I could not find any reference to MCP on the forum.
  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve? Seeking open source based Agentic service desk tools

MCPs not really, but the upcoming 7.0 is all AI.

Thank you for your suggestion. We will consider it. By the way, I am aware of at least two open-source projects that already provide an MCP server for Zammad. Bear in mind that they are not affiliated with us, so you should assess the risks yourself. You can find them with a quick web search.
