So I created a new Trigger and tested it but it doesnt worked.
Do you have any clue why ?
Zammad already creates a new ticket at a new incoming email.
And it also send me email notifications after I comment it. But the customer of the ticket doesnt get an email.
stupid question, but in your test, your test-user was assigned to the group customer?
This iy our auto-reply trigger.
If I remeber correctly it is the default one, in which I only modified the text message.
FML… I didnt knew that I have to press on the “antworten = answer” button…
But why doesnt he send the whole texthistory ? Zammad only send the answer but not the text which was written before.
Because it doesn’t normally make sense on a follow up to give you 3 weeks of text Github and other plattforms do that the same way.
I remember someone else wanting that “feature” - but I don’t remember the state of this.
The behaviour above is normal.
