Mass delete customers

I am currently testing Zammad and what is missing for me is a possibility to delete many customers at once as every spam mail creates a customer and deleting them one by one is quite a burden.

Ideas:

  • Create a scheduler action “Customer delete” to delete all customers with no tickets as it is already possible to delete a ticket tagged as spam.

  • Make it possible to check multiple customers at once and offer a delete option.

same issue here, lots of bots creating fake accounts and it require countless clicks to remove each one of them and therefor we do not have the time to delete them :frowning:
