Hello everyone,

thanks for your attention! I figured out, that you are not able to modify the ticket states in the Zammad GUI as asked here: Create ticket states

Currently you are only able to manage them with the API. So I would like to have the opportunity to modify the states in the Zammad GUI.

Thanks for your Feature-Request. I’d like to add, that the object menu would be the perfect place, as the state object is already living there. The only thing you can’t do at the moment is to change it there. :slight_smile:

This should get more attention. I already got my states working but like @MrGeneration said - it’s already living there. Why not make it manageable too?

The problem might be that we need to protect the default states as you might seriously damage things with just removing stuff. I guess that this is not implemented in core yet (and thus protected on GUI)
