Make Priority Visible and editable for customer

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.1.x
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Debian 10
  • Browser + version:

Expected behavior:

  • I need to make the priority field visible and editable for customers

Actual behavior:

  • Cant change the object

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Ticket priorities are a system field and cannot be adjusted.
In fact changing the visibility is not support for this field at all and customers are not allowed to change its value.

You’ll have to use trigger based work arounds. There’s at least one thread handling this topic on this board.
