Make object editable by users of current organization

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 3.1.1
  • Used Zammad installation source: package
  • Operating system: Linux
  • Browser + version: Chromium: 78.0.3904.130

I created a custom object (a select box). Currently, this select box is only editable by the ticket creator. I want every user of the current organization to be able to change the object’s value. How would I go about doing that?

Expected behavior:

  • The object value is editable by all users of the current organization.

Actual behavior:

  • Currently, only the ticket creator can change the value.

Sorry but it feels like there are custom changed made to this Zammad installation because by default this won’t happen.

Also, if you’re really still on Zammad 3.1, you should consider upgrading to Zammad 3.6 as soon as possible. You’re prune to a ton of security issues.
