Mails do not arrive in Zammad

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: This is Zammad version 6.2.0-1712728678.1fb595f2.jammy
  • Used Zammad installation type: Package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu
  • Browser + version: Chrome - Versie 126.0.6478.182 (Officiële build) (64-bits)

I have been testing heavily around my environment of zammad and now my mails are not being posted in zammad. :slight_smile:

Mail service: Microsoft 365

They are still read from the mailbox (I can see this because the mails are read and/or deleted).
But I can’t find the tickets in Zammad.
I have already created a Core Workflow as I could find on the forum but also that does not bring a solution. (See print screen)

My permissions on the groups should be good.
When I send a reply to existing tickets they are read correctly.

What else could it be?

Edit: there are still 24 unprocessed mails, how can I find the cause?

see the production.log in /opt/zammad/log
Maybe the size of a message is too large or so.

And update your instance to 6.3.1 for security reason, please!

I was able to solve the problem with rake zammad:email_parser:failed_email:export_all.
The update was also done, thanks!
