Mailbox feed issues


I have connected a Gmail within the email tab. Have not connected within the Channel under Google. Not sure if that is necessary or not

I then have created my group name and added it into Overviews. However my test emails are not going into the box of my group name. Doesnt look like they are going into Zammad at all. Can anyone assist?

Note: I do see them going into the “reporting” tab.

Please follow these steps:

  • Check Group Settings

  • Email Routing

  • Email Fetching Frequency

  • Permission Issues

  • Check Spam Folder
