Mail with timeaccounting information

  • Used Zammad version: Version 2.7.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) ubuntu deb package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 69.0.3497.100

Hi is there any possibility to add the “used Time” for a Ticket which the Agent track with the timeaccounting?
We would like to inform the customer when closing the Ticket about the used Time, because we are billing the costumer on Time based

Hi @umar,

you can use: #{ticket.time_unit} in Notifications and Text Modules to get the currently accounted time for this ticket. I note this to be added to the shortcut list.
