Mail error When create new ticket


I have configured mail for Office 365, and also configured SMTP under Email Accounts.

However, when I go to create a new ticket and click Create - I get the following error:

No email address found for group 'Users' (1)

Not entirely sure what that means.

EMail config seems fine, I am recieving mail from 365 into Zammad, and can send mail fine it seems.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Groups require a email address in order to be able to send emails.
Adding a channel is an independent step - check the settings of your group ‘Users’.
