Macros not available when group access is set

  • Used Zammad version: 6.5.2-1759844307.de85e4a5.bookworm

Creating a macro and adding groups to access, this macro is not shown, even the user has that group.
The user has multiple roles but at least on role has full access to the group that is set in the macro.
But that is not shown.

Steps to reproduce:

  • Have a user with multiple roles
  • Give at least one role full access to a group you want to set to a macro
  • Create any macro and add a group to access

The macro is not visible (at least not to me).
Any ideas here?

Users are members of roles and do have access to groups. That don‘t have groups.

The group restriction on macros affect tickets directly and have nothing to do with agents. The ticket has to be in the group the macro is available to, if you want to be able to see it.
