probably out of scope for now, but a thing that may be useful to others as well.
We regularly need to forward an incoming Ticket (created by mail) with an attachment to a fixed e-mail-adress, for example an incoming supplier invoice. The macro function would be ideal for this. For now our workflow is to manually forward, assign to self and close.
