Hi,
we use zammad connected to a few shared mailboxes in our m365 tenant with graph - so far everything works fine.
We also use an e-mail firewall appliance which is also connected with graph and journals every e-mail.
With this firewall we are able to remove e-mails after delivery to all or specific mailboxes.
Since the graph connection, e-mails once “recorded” in zammad can not be removed afterwards - we tried with both options - leave messages in mailbox and without.
I am aware that this is no problem within zammad and more a problem with our e-mail flow and firewall integration, but is there an option to solve this behavior?
In my opinion, switching back to IMAP could solve this problem?
