General low Zammad performance: long time for loading and updating tickets. Is there any way to improve it ?

  • Used Zammad version: 2.1
  • Used Zammad installation source: (source, package, …) package
  • Operating system: Debian 9
  • Browser + version: various

Hi,

can you provide some specs of your system?
Do you have Elasticsearch enabled?
Are there any errors logged to the browser console?
