Loop protection?

Are there any configurations within Zammad for loop protection? I got a bunch of autoreplies the other day that also created a new ticket # each time. I had to block the email from my gmail to stop it.

Zammad already has this type of protection built-in, and tries (and often succeeds) to detect when messages are automated responses, such as out-of-office messages or other garbage, and will not send the usual ‘thank-you-for-your-reply’ e-mails upon detection of these types of garbage e-mails.

Whenever this mechanism doesn’t work, it is often the fault at the sender of the autoreply message(s), not conforming to e-mail standards and not setting proper header tags in the message, making Zammad think it is an actual valid response, needing to be acted upon.

In short: blame the sender as the cause of these mail loops, not Zammad.

Ok thank you for the reply.
