I’m posting on behalf of my Zammad Admin.
She’s been having issues with keeping Elasticsearch running.
It seems that it goes down at least twice a week, and it impacts my Tech Team support.
Can any Elasticsearch gurus comment here to connect/help her?

Sorry but from the description it’s impossible to help at all.
We don’t know what Zammad and Elasticsearch version is and what the exact reason for the issue is.
Elasticsearch writes log files and, if it’s getting e.g. killed your operating system does as well.
