Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: version 6.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …): Docker-Compose
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: mozilla + chrome + microsoft edge

Actual behavior:

During the Zammad setup process, email notifications were intentionally skipped.
I recently completed an integration with LDAP, and unfortunately, I’ve encountered an error when attempting to log in as the admin user. The specific error message is “Have you double-checked your credentials and completed the email verification step”?. All other users have been able to log in successfully without any reported issues.
Note: I also wanted to remind you that admin user account has not been accessed for the past two weeks.

Hi @Bledi12. Did you check the production.log when trying to log in with your admin user?
