There is knowledge base in zammad. Maybe it would be a good idea to prefill it with content of Welcome to Zammad’s documentation! — Zammad documentation ?
Absolutely not because this requires documentation parts to be available to the moment of the release which often is not the case.
Besides:
You’d -if you’d do that- require all 3 Zammad documentations not just the most technical one.
