Live chat: URL not clickable for agents

  • Browser + version: firefox

When a URL appears in the live chat conversation (agent side), it shows
as plain text instead of a clickable link. Is there a way to fix this?

No, no way to adjust this. A feature request would be the right way (use the template please).

The URL as is is technically just an information for the agent. More contextual so that they know what the customer is talking about.
