Is it possible to get a list of all customers who are not assigned to an organization? With Zammad or with Grafana?
Can anybody help us?
Should be possibly via API, Grafana and Zammad CLI depending on the flavor you prefer.
Note that Zammad API and also Grafana, due to the nature of how Elasticsearch works, require special commands. (aka you can’t search for null or empty).
It may be troublesome due to Elasticsearch not supporting null_value so workarounding query wise might be required.
