Linking to sections within Knowlegde base article

Hello everyone!

We are using the self-hosted version of Zammad and trying to move our knowledge base articles to Zammad. Our articles are fairly long and contain a structure with summary at the beginning and the customer can click on a link of the summary and jump to the relevant part of the article. I can’t seem to find a documented way to translate this functionality into the Zammad Knowledgebase articles. I can create easily create weblinks but can’t make header sections linkable to be able to use those headers as destinations for the links. (i.e. clicking on a link with the text Section 1 would scroll down to a header marked with #section-1 somehow)

Any thoughts or supported way of doing this is greatly apreciated!

You can use this API documentation to transfer your KBs - but afaik there’s no way to include HTML (links, headers, …) in your articles.

Maybe you can split your subsections into individual answers? That way you can use the built-in links.
