hello ! I want to create a trigger that sends an email to customers after an update of a ticket by agent and I want a links that translates the action of this update like this:
The ticket (name) has been updated by "name agent".
Status: open -> closed Or
" reponse on ticket"

I’m sorry but I believe this is currently not possible.
At least it looks this way when having a look at ticket update notifications:
I’m not sure what you want with this - do you just want to display “response on a ticket” or do you want to put the actual response there?
Maybe a look at our variables would help you:
