Limit the Owner-Dropdown menu

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 7.0.1-8
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …): docker
  • Operating system: Windows 64bit
  • Browser + version: Firefox version 151.0.2

Expected behavior:

  • When a ticket belongs to Group A, only agents from Group A appear in the Owner dropdown.

Actual behavior:

  • I see that the Owner list correspond to all Agent I have at the moment. However, this list is huge (over 500) is there a way to limit the owner-dropdown menu?

And those 500 agents do not have full access to group A…?

No, @MrGeneration. Lets say I have 5 groups, but in the ticket Owner list dropdown I see all of the 500, instead of the 100 that correspond to Group A.

You should check the related permissions; only agents with full permission on the group are normally inside the Owner field.
