If one user now opens a ticket from a channel (like webform or chat) and uses a different platform lateron (take Telegram for example) it wil create a brand new user.
Just like a admin/systemuser can connect his google account, it would be nice if a user can connect all or most platforms from within his profile so the system can recognize that one user on all specified platforms.
As example: Create fields is user profile for
- Google ID
- Facebook ID
- Telegram ID
- Etc
That way that user is recognized on all those platforms and connected to only one userfile instead.
