LDAP not mapping to additional user object

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 5.3.1
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome Version 110.0.5481.178

Expected behavior:

  • LDAP Integration should map a Active Directory Attribut like extensionattribute6 with the user object named team

Actual behavior:

  • the user object team was created as input field

  • In the LDAP mapping is the Field inserted

  • in the protocol is a successful match found
    image

  • but the user object keeps empty

  • it is strange when i set the mapping from the ad attribute to the user object “note”.
    Does it fill the Entry

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • create user object as input field and keep it default with the other entries
  • make an ldap synchronisation
  • map your ad attribut with the user object
  • sync it

The Question can be closed.

After a research, was there a problem with the Rights of the LDAP User which made the query itself.
he does not had the rights to get all informations.
