LDAP integration error due to new UPN

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version: 6.2
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) source
  • Operating system: ubuntu 22.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 129

Expected behavior: Login via LDAP worked without problems

Actual behavior: After changing the UPN in the AD, a login is no longer possible. Error message: CSRF token verification failed!

Where can I correct this entry. config?

6.2 was outdated in October 2024. Please update to a current Zammad version asap (6.4.1 as of writing).

Zammad expects your webserver configuration and fqdn / http_type configuration to match and be valid.
