LDAP error: Can't connect to '.ldap.okta.com' on port '636', Can't bind to '.ldap.okta.com', 53, Unwilling to perform

Infos:

Hi Everyone,

  • Used Zammad version: 6.1.0-1696411886.368172bf.focal
  • Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 20.04
  • Browser + version: Chrome 117.0.5938.132, Firefox 116.0.2

Expected behavior:

  • I’m able to connect to Okta LDAP

Actual behavior:

  • Unable to bind to Okta LDAP from Zammad integrations section. I get all the informations with ldapsearch command but no luck when setting this up with Zammad. Is there anything that I’m missing?
