Title: Knowledge Base - Usage Reporting

  1. I don’t know, where the user is coming from when using my Knowledge Base? I don’t know which Article-Structure is helping the user needs better by checking a usage report.
  2. When I want to A/B Test if Zammad is the right Solution for distributing my help articles.
  3. Because there is no reporting on knowledge base available?
  4. Transparency about the usage of the knowledge base? As we have it for every other application within our solution.
