Currently I’m setting up a KB with multiple available languages.
The current Zammad workflow is to start with a blank page for a missing translation.
So translating into new languages requires me currently to copy the text from my article to an external editor, translate it, and copy it back. I also make use of embedded images and links. So there is a chance that this information is lost during the translation process.
I think the whole translation-workflow can be improved if I do not start with a blank page for a new translation but can choose to copy the article from one existing language. This could be achieved by an additional dialogue, for example:
