Knowledge Base: Find out if answer is helpfull for customers (thumbs up or down)

In order, to check if the knowledge base articles are usefull for the customer, it would be helpfull if the customer can give a feedback at the bottom of the page (maybe a thumbs up or a thumbs down) if this answer was helpfull. See Screenshot

It also helps to track the most used knowledge base articles and find out if there are unusefull answers if customers rate the article as not helpfull (thumbs down)
