Hello, I would like to add an external link to the Knowledge Base. The link should open when someone clicks on Knowledge Base. I added the link under Settings - Knowledge Base - External Link, but nothing happens. How can I configure it so that when I click on Knowledge Base, another page opens?"

I use for Dokumentention BookStack.
Is that possible to connect?

No you can’t link to other knowledge bases out side of Zammad.
