We use Zammad’s knowledge base exclusively internally to manage and provide standard texts for customer support.
Therefore, an alternative view like the one described earlier, with collapsible folders and a table of contents, would be extremely helpful for us.

Unfortunately I don’t quite understand the question, but what would give us the best possible overview would be something like the attached one, which is essentially a three-column overview from a common email client.
