Keycloak SAML Authentification Name Attribute

• Used Zammad version: 6.2
• Used Zammad installation type: (source, package, docker-compose, …) package
• Operating system: Ubntu Server
• Browser + version: Google Chrome/Firefox aktuelle Version
• Keycloak Version: 24.0.1

Das Anmelden bei Zammad über den SSO Login von Keycloak ist nach der Anpassung des E-Mailattributes laut dem Ticket “[SAML Keycloak mail field not filled]” möglich. Es werden aber kein Vorname und auch kein Nachname in Zammad übertragen

Kennt jemand dieses Verhalten?

Logging in to Zammad via the Keycloak SSO login is possible after adjusting the email attribute according to the ticket “[SAML Keycloak mail field not filled]”. However, no first name and no surname are transferred to Zammad

Hi @fbmr26. You need to create user attribute mappings to do that.
