Title: Shortcut – Take Ticket

  1. What is your original issue/pain point you want to solve?
    1. Fewer clicks to pull a ticket to myself
  2. Which are one or two concrete situations where this problem hurts the most?
    1. When selecting relevant tickets to work on, I want to quickly pull the ticket to my own list
  3. Why is it not solvable with the Zammad standard?
    1. There is no ticket shortcut yet
  4. What is your expectation/what do you want to achieve?
    1. Analogue to shift+C for close, I want something like shift+T to take a ticket.
