- Used Zammad version: Version 3.2.x
- Used Zammad installation source: DEB
- Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
- Browser + version: Firefox 72.0.2; Brave 1.4.95 Chromium: 80.0.3987.122
Expected behavior:
- Be able to reply to an inbound email
Actual behavior:
reply
andreply all
are no longer options when I click on an inbound email
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- select an email ticket
You can see in the screenshot below, that I have no option to reply
or reply all
to the email…
Email appears to be configured correctly…
The only change between now and when it worked is that I deleted the email account, and set it back up again.
