I've lost the 'reply' and 'reply all' options on emails


  • Used Zammad version: Version 3.2.x
  • Used Zammad installation source: DEB
  • Operating system: Ubuntu 18.04.4 LTS
  • Browser + version: Firefox 72.0.2; Brave 1.4.95 Chromium: 80.0.3987.122

Expected behavior:

  • Be able to reply to an inbound email

Actual behavior:

  • reply and reply all are no longer options when I click on an inbound email

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • select an email ticket

You can see in the screenshot below, that I have no option to reply or reply all to the email…

Email appears to be configured correctly…

The only change between now and when it worked is that I deleted the email account, and set it back up again.

Most possibly your group doesn’t know which e-mail address belongs to it. Please check your group’s settings: Settings > Groups > ‘Support’.
