Items set to "hide" in core workflow showing up when new ticket created

Infos:

  • Used Zammad version:6.5.2-1772600293.5be5626a
  • Used Zammad installation type: package
  • Operating system:Ubuntu 22
  • Browser + version: 153.0.4234.48

Expected behavior:

  • fields which set to “hide” does not appearing when new ticket created

Actual behavior:

  • fields which set to “hide” in the workflow actually showing up

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  • open a new ticket > fields set “hide” in the workflow are visible.

note: previously i have opened the target core workflow in live system to copy the values to apply them in a test system. In test system i have the expected behavior ( set “hide” works in test system) - in live system something changed or went wrong, but settings visually are absolutely the same.
