I am conducting R&D on the Zammad Ticketing System. Currently, I want to add a “Priority” button for customers. I have created a new workflow from the admin panel, but the button has not been added to the customer interface. I have also attached a screenshot of my workflow below. Could you please help me resolve this issue and suggest any other ways to add a “Priority” button for customers?
I did not set up something like this for now, the only thing that comes to my mind is if the ticket object itself has the correct permissions for the customer according to the documentation
