Good afternoon! I need to change the template for uploading reports. How and where can this be done? Tell me, please, maybe there is the same template on the server somewhere that I need to change, but I can’t find it. If someone knows where this template is located, please tell me, I will be very grateful for your help.

I found where to change the template. It remains only to understand how to change the string filtering so that it is not by the application number but by the date of creation of the application.

And how to add the email of the creator of the application to the report.
