Hi, is there a way to invite a colleague to an already started live chat with a client. E.g. client starts with a technical question but wants some information from a colleague of another department is there a way to have multiple users in one chat?

You can forward a chat, however, not share chats with several sessions or post the chat session to a specific agent.
