Invalid password, must contain at least undefined characters!

  • Used Zammad version: 6.3.1-1718001307.57a875ca.bullseye
  • Used Zammad installation type: package

when a user says ‘forgot password’, after having received the email to change it.

I put in a password like ‘azer’ and when I validate, I get this message ‘Invalid password, must contain at least undefined characters!’.

Why is it undefined when in my configuration I have everything defined? I don’t have this problem with my other zammad server (Version 6.2 in docker) and there is no difference in configuration.

any ideas?

Maybe update your docker installation to a current 6.3.1 and if it appears there as well consider it a bug and report it at GitHub - zammad/zammad: Zammad is a web based open source helpdesk/customer support system ?
