well, the error message is clear. Zammad things that your credentials are wrong. This could mean:
- your credentials are wrong
- zammad can not reach your ldap server
- something different
I would recommend trying your credentials from the console with “ldapsearch”. If you can get the expected results from the console with ldapsearch it is clear that it is not a firewall or networking issue.
Afterwards, I would check all zammad logs for more details.
