Integration with i-Doit and Zammad

Hi all,

so i have an question/request for help for you guys.

We are running now an self-hosted version since two/three days and until now its OK.
We are adding slowly groups, templates, users etc.

So there is something extra what we want to use.
the i-Doit integration, so we followed the steps as in the Zammad description.

So now from the i-doit portal, when i create an ticket of example an laptop it redirects me to the zammad servicedesk and there i can create the ticket. But all stuff is empty? so no nothing the lists, how is this possible.

I assume the connection is there, since it re-directs me…

This is Zammad version 5.3.1

And i-Doit we use 20 version.

That only works if you’re coming from a given asset like described here:

Yes i know, the problem as described in my TS.

When you create an ticket from i-Doit SERVER, of any object/asset you are re-directed to our live/running zammad ticketing (selfhosted) system. But under the tab objects there is NO list.

And for example if you create an new ticket directly from Zammad, and you want to add the impacted object/asset there is nothing its empty.

we have LDAP synced so, we can use our Windows logins as well.
But the sync with the assets not.

Okay sorry, i thought the screens would speak for themselves.

The zammad docs state that you need to disable enforcing authentication by username and password.

The http response says that you still have this enabled in your i-doit instance.

You need to change that.

Thank you, i have read over it. But now we have changed it.

And unthicked the box, and now there is an connection, we see all the objects in the list.

you can close it.
