So now from the i-doit portal, when i create an ticket of example an laptop it redirects me to the zammad servicedesk and there i can create the ticket. But all stuff is empty? so no nothing the lists, how is this possible.
I assume the connection is there, since it re-directs me…
When you create an ticket from i-Doit SERVER, of any object/asset you are re-directed to our live/running zammad ticketing (selfhosted) system. But under the tab objects there is NO list.
And for example if you create an new ticket directly from Zammad, and you want to add the impacted object/asset there is nothing its empty.
